Return and Refund Policy

Return:

  1. In the event a User intends to return a Product purchased on the Site if Product is broken.
  2. you are required to raise a complaint within 2 days from the date of receipt.
  3. We shall accept the Product in return, and refund the payment made only if it is a manufacturing defect of the Product. Such return of a purchased Product, and refund of the amount paid is subject to the condition that the Product is maintained in the same condition in which it was delivered. Bills, labels, packing slips, rate cards and warranty cards have to be maintained by Users, and returned along with the Product failing which we will not accept the Product in return.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  1. Your amounts paid will be refunded to you within 7 to 10 working days from the date of request in the case of online payments.
  2. For instances of Cash on delivery, you are required to provide your bank details to us when you raise the refund request. The refund will be processed within a period of 7 to 10 working days.
  3. In the event of cancellation of orders due to technical reasons on the Site, your amounts, if already paid, will be refunded.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@neehar.in.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. But on replacement, shipping cost will not be chargeable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
